CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the structure of our salon, we ask that any and all cancellations should be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. We understand that things come up, however if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours we do reserve the right to charge the card on file the entirety of the service. Please note that there is a 10 minute grace period in the event that you are running late. If you exceed those ten minutes, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no call no show and you will be charged for your service. In order to ensure smooth operations we have made a few changes that will be implemented immediately. Please familiarize yourself with our updated policies. Upon booking you will be required to leave a 20% NON REFUNDABLE deposit. This is to limit last minute cancellations as well as no shows. The deposit will be deducted off of your service cost. In the event of a no show & last min cancellation, you will be charged 100% of your service, and will need to pre pay for all future appointments at the time of booking. If you no call no show your appointment more than once, you will not be able to make any future appointments. This is implemented to help our stylists as well as all of our clients.  In order to book for a fill whether it be 60 minutes or 90 minutes, you MUST have 50-40% of extensions remaining. If you do not meet the requirements, you will be charged for a full set. All services are NON REFUNDABLE as we cannot take back product. If you are unhappy with your service(s) please contact the salon within 72 hours.
