CANCELLATION POLICY

To maintain a seamless and high-quality experience for all clients, please review our policies carefully before booking. Appointments & Deposits A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service. Appointments must be confirmed within 48 hours of booking. If not confirmed, your appointment will be automatically canceled. A valid card on file is required for all bookings. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service. Last-minute reschedules are not allowed and will result in a full charge for the missed appointment, as well as requiring payment for the new appointment. Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive later than 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-call, no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the service. No-Show Policy Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Clients who no-call/no-show will be required to prepay in full for all future appointments. Multiple no-call/no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments. Fill Policy To book a fill (60 or 90 minutes), you must have at least 40–50% of your lash extensions remaining. If this requirement is not met, you will be charged for a full set. Refund Policy All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 72 hours so we can address your concerns. Salon Etiquette We are a no-kids salon. No phone use during appointments, as it disrupts both your service and other guests’ experience. These policies are in place to respect our stylists’ time and provide the best experience for every client.
